Review : Overall nice, but could use some improvements
The desk, when assembled was really attractive looking and very sturdy. However, we had problems with the delivery. The truck driver stated that he was not allowed to unload the boxes, one weighing over 200 lbs, nor help us get it in the house. However, with help of a neighbor and the kindness of the driver, we got the packages out of the truck and my neighbor and I "walked" the packages into the garage. Assembly took about 2 days as the intructions were visual only and the drawings were not too clear. It would certainly help if the manufacturer would make the drawings a little more detailed as several mistakes were made during assembly that could have been eliminated with better drawings. Also, you must be very careful as the finished table tops though attractive on the surface will chip easily. Also the cardboard backing for the hutch and the cabinet for the cpu could have been thin plywood instead of cardboard which was subject to easy damage. However, overall,...
