Review : Maybe I just got a bad one
I have purchased Sauder products before and have been satisfied totally. This credenza was a total pain in the neck to assemble, but worse than that the fit and finish is terrible. The draw slides don't slide freely, the paper or
what ever material used to cover it has bubbles ( it looks like contact paper ) I wish I had totally inspected all
the pieces before I assembled it and probably would have sent it back, but its to late now so I guess I'll live with
it. I wish we would go back to producing furniture in America. I would rather see America go back to work and produce quality products. The piece is not cheap, but the out sourced labor to manufacture it is way below my expectations for pieces of pressed board covered in cheap material that cost $300.00. If you look at all my reviews, you will see that I am a long time Amazon customer and I buy quality merchandise and have always given 5 star reviews on 99% of the products I have purchased and have been very pleased...
