I wish that there was a 0 stars option. This item had been ordered as a wedding present. After doing copious research to find the matching buffet and hutch for my kitchen table and chairs and reading tons of reviews from many websites, I had decided upon the Amazon listing for the Coaster Home Furnishings Esther Dining Buffet - Coaster 101824 which measured 49"L x 18"W x 80"L... a perfect fit for the nook in my dining room. You can imagine my disappointment when only the bottom piece had arrived (49"L x 18"W x 32"L). We had asked the driver of the delivery truck if there was any more, and he said that it was it. This clearly was not what we had ordered. And adding insult to injury, the piece was DAMAGED!!! The back panel was caved in. Upon calling Brookstone they offered for a full refund...which should include the shipping charges...should...however did not offer an exchange of any sort. I explained to them that I wanted to exchange it for what I had ordered, the full buffet...
