I was very pleased with the speed of the shipping. The desk arrived one day before the expected delivery. It comes in one box, but I would recommend two people lifting or moving it to where you need it to be as it is very heavy.
Not all of the pieces are labeled so you will have to have a good eye and a basic understanding of how to put furniture together to match everything up. The instructions are not hard and come in two sets. There are two options for putting this desk together. You can reverse the location of the tower compartment and the filing cabinet to the left or right.
This desk took me 2 hours and 20 minutes to put together working at a sluggish pace. I built furniture for a living for 3 and half years.
