I purchased this product and was really excited to receive it. However, the directions were TERRIBLE; pictures only if I recall correctly. Also, the screws they provided were too long and broke through the other side of the wood. I wrote the company and complained. They did send a new one but it was just as crappy as the first one. Screws also pierced through the second one too. I would give it ZERO stars but system did not allow me to.
