Beware of using CSN for purchasing this product. Their free shipping is a "drop off" shipping and so, unless your house is located directly on the street, they will simply drop it off on the curb or you need to be there to get it off the truck. At nearly 200 lbs, this is a challenge for anyone, including my very muscular husband who had to open the box and bring in all the pieces separately. Additionally, the delivery service used in our area was HORRIBLE to deal with! While this may not be a fault of CSN directly, I would hope they would check into the quality of the delivery service used. They refused to schedule a time for the delivery and would just call and say they were on their way at 2:00 in the afternoon when both my husband and I were at work. I tried to call and schedule an appointment several times to no avail.
